1. Good, friendly service. I left my wallet in the rental car upon my return at Orlando. Although the phone process can be frustrating(a little difficult getting to the right contact ), everyone in Orlando was very helpful in getting my wallet back to me in New Hampshire. I would especially like to commend the professionalism of the manager, Eric, with the whole lost and found process. He went the extra mile to insure I received it promptly and safely. Thanks again. 4. I greatly appreciate Joseph's hospitality and patience with us as first-time customers in renting a car. Our car malfunctioned on our way to the Florida Keys, requiring that we get a rental on March 11th in the late evening with out prior reservation. Despite our many questions, Joseph kindly clarified any outstanding concerns. We hope that Joseph is greatly rewarded regarding any future prospects as he has so tremendously blessed our vacation that was a success, rather than a disaster. Many thanks!!
