1. I want to send a BIG thank you to the manager, Mike, at the Dallas/ Fort Worth airport rental store. We are from Virginia, and visiting the Dallas area for the National Championship soccer tourney. We have no idea where we are and our GPS system malfunctioned!! Mike went out of his way to take care of this problem and made sure we had a working GPS. He saved us a midnight trip to the airport! and now we're making our way around the Dallas area once again. THANK YOU Mike for putting customer service first . Kathryn & family!
