The 3 agents that we were exposed to where wonderful. All very professionally dressed and their attitudes where wonderful. Their job performance was thorough, polite and surprising. We rent from a variety of companies and I just couldn't get over how pleasant everyone was on the staff. I even commented on it to my husband who agreed. Wish you were at more airports, Paul.

I use E-Z wherever I can. I wish you were in more of the cities where I travel! Very impressed -- and attracted by -- the number of cars you offer with satellite radio. I often have to drive many miles from the airport to get to my destination and it's a significant plus for me. Keep up the good work! Gerard

I was very pleased with the exceptional service and treatment I received with my recent E-Z rental in Atlanta. All employees were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Overall, E-Z was by far the absolute best value at the Atlanta airport. I was extremely impressed as a first time customer (I was a little apprehensive when making the reservation as the cost was SO much cheaper than the major rental companies - thanks for proving any fears to be completely unfounded) and will definitely rent from E-Z again in the future when I come to Atlanta, Mark.

The process could not have been simpler~ from the reservations, pick up, shuttle, and drop off... the whole experience was effortless.... and Sherman was MORE than helpful!! Thank you so much, I will definitely rent from EZ again, and tell everyone else I know how fantastic the service was, Glorianne.

The folks at the Atlanta location were exceptionaly friendly and helpful. I got the sense that they were really a team and everyone had the goal of making us satisfied. They were out of the full size car I had ordered and they let us upgrade for no charge to a Pacifica which I am sure is a much more expensive car. This was especially important to me as I had my 92 year old mother traveling with me who needs a comfortable vehicle. They did this without hesitation or argument. I wish all businesses operated with this customer driven attitude Hugh

I received excellent customer service from your Atlanta location. When picking up the rental car and returning it everyone working at the front desk and in the shuttle van was courteous and efficent. Without a doubt the best and most efficient pickup I have experienced at the Atlanta airport. I was checked in at a Downtown hotel 30 miunutes after I first arrived in the baggage area. I was budgeting 90 minutes! I have recommended EZ to others I know who travel to ATL. James

Dear E-Z Rent-A-Car, I promised myself I would write to say how impressed I was with the crew at the Atlanta E-Z Rent-A-Car. I rented a really "cute" yellow car for almost a week. When I dropped off the car heading for the airport I had no idea that I had left my new camera in the car. That night the flights were cancelled due to storms and as I took the MARTA back to my friends house I realized that I had left the camera. It was a new digital camera that I had received from my husband for Christmas. When I called that night, the receptionist check with the folks that were getting it gassed up and ready for the next customer and they had found one. It wasn't available because they thought it was in the locked lost and found. I called again in the morning and found that because it was so big it could not fit in the lock box so the person who found it realized that he would not be in on Friday so he found another person to lock it in the trunk and make sure it was there on Friday. I found my way back to the Rental Place and was so excited to have my camera returned. I have to say I was VERY impressed. Everyone in the shop was courteous and helpful! It meant a great deal to me to get my camera back. Thanks again to the whole crew! Peace, Amy
