1. I was very happy that the rate that I was quoted on the internet when I made my reservation was EXACTLY what I ended paying. I have used Thrifty, Budget and Eurocar at the same airport and they always have HIDDEN charges that total double of the amount that I was originally quoted when making he reservation. I was very pleased. I highly recomend EZ car rental in Cancun, Julio.

2. Service was excellent! Instead of having us wait for the shuttle to the airport, the manager realized we needed to get there sooner and had a driver take us right to the airport. This is what I call "exceeding custoemr expectation"! I will now look to rent from E-Z Rent as our first choice. I never heard of E-Z Rent-A-Car; even though I was very happy with rental price (much lower than your competition) I questioned would the car, service, pick up meet our expectations? You did! Your price was great, your service was above great! Thank you! Robert

8. I originally reserved a car through another rental company, but read a bad review of that company and cancelled the reservation. I read a good review of E-Z, and that review proved to be true. We've rented a car in Cancun 7 times, and this was the best experience by far. Keep up the good work! Thomas

9. Have been renting cars in Cancun for over 25 years. Lately it had become a hassle with the various car rental companies. Not with EZ/Executive! Went very well, and we had almost decided to quit renting but have a new found faith with EZ, so we will continue to use your service. 15. This was a great rental experience. I had read horror stories of renting a car in Mexico, but had heard that EZ made things simple. I was very happy with the all around service and couldn't have asked for an easier or stress free rental. I would highly recommend EZ.
