- In the past, I've had lots of problems renting cars in Mexico. I'd have to say this was my best experience ever. No hassles, especially about extra insurance, taxes, or unavailability. I was charged exactly what was agreed upon in the reservation process. I was offered the ability to drop off the car at the downtown location, and wasn't charged extra for that either. Great service, best price, no problems. !!! Thanks. Jeffrey

He was patient, kind, and helpful with all things involved and made a potentially difficult situation for us very comfortable.
