When I researched for a car rental in Dallas the search engine gave me the regular car companies. Then EZ caught my attention. I was a bit sceptical but became more relaxed as I read some comments from other customers. I went for it and tried tour service. Excellent staff, clean facility @ DFW and clean and reliable car. The whole process was a breeze. I wish EZ had facilities in more places because I would definitely use it all the time. Thanks a lot guys, Kurt.

Great prices, good service at DFW. You are less expensive, but the quality of the vehicles is just as high as any other rental car agency. Allowing the use of debit cards with no hassle is a plus-more people are using debit cards instead of credit cards these days. Paree

I rented a car from you on Tuesday, 3/3/09 and returned it on Wednesday, 3/4/09. While renting it and returning it your staff was very friendly and very courteous. This is the first time I used E Z Rent-A-Car but I promise you've got my business whenever I rent in the future. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!

I had to be in Dallas on business (three days a week) a while back, and EZ took very good care of me over a period of about a year. The employees are great, the cars are clean, and check-out and check-in is very easy.

To be honest with you I never heard of EZ Rent A Car before this trip. When I was given the price I thought it was going to be some off site 10 miles trip from the airport. I was very happy and suprised that it was on airport pickup. The car was 8 days old and only had 400 miles on it and was spotless clean. Very happy with the overall experience.

I want to send a BIG thank you to the manager, Mike, at the Dallas/ Fort Worth airport rental store. We are from Virginia, and visiting the Dallas area for the National Championship soccer tourney. We have no idea where we are and our GPS system malfunctioned!! Mike went out of his way to take care of this problem and made sure we had a working GPS. He saved us a midnight trip to the airport! and now we're making our way around the Dallas area once again. THANK YOU Mike for putting customer service first . Kathryn & family!

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical - as your rates were significantly lower than those offered by Avis, Hertz, National, etc. I am very happy to report that your team at Dallas/Ft. I have been renting from you for a number of years now and have come to expect friendly and efficient service. Last rental (in Sept.)our internet server in Lima, Peru where I live was on the fritz for several weeks and when I finally tried to make the reserv. the rate was higher than I was accostomed to, so I tried your competitor at DFW. I can promise you I will never make that mistake again! Even if it is a bit higher with E-Z! Today I turned in again this last rental from E-Z what a difference! So I thought it would be approriate to let you know that your team at DFW is really great. From the manager Mike Rashidi to the counter staff and the persons who check the cars back in.
