It was overall an excellent experience. The price was amazing and the vehicle was in good working order and had extras like XM radio. The new facility is much nicer than the old one and closer, which is nicer too. I will totally use EZ Rent again. Great company! Amy

The people working at the DIA office in Denver are wonderful. Everyone friendly and helpful. The drivers from the airport ask the people in the van if they need help with driving directions. The counter people have always been very helpful and fast when I rent a car. No complaints from me -- they are GREAT! Mary

This was the smoothest car rental I have ever had, as there was NO lines to wait in (I have waited over an hour at other places) I was concerned about being off of the airport area, however you were easy for an out of state driver to locate your business. After one rental from EZ rental, I am thoroughly impressed. The young lady at the counter was extremely helpful and courteous. I waited about five minutes in line. The car was so clean, it almost smelled new!!! Kudos to you and your staff!!!

This was the only rental car company that rented to people under 21 years old. It was convenient and relatively inexpensive. Definitely consider renting from them.

Due the ability to state my preferences online in advance the check in process was faster and more convenient compared to other companies. Salespeople did not push me to buy additional insurance which was great!! Plus you gave me a lower price. I will definitely rent from your company on my next visit.

I have been very happy with EZ-Rac even though i recieved a citation from the e-470 toll road, EZ stood behind me in taking care of the situation. they provide a excellent Xcar plan which may allow you to rent a little larger vehicle for a midsize rate which is absolutely amazing!! i will NEVER RENT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY! EZ ROCKS! (and they even make it EASY!)

First when we got our bags, I called them and they said 10min for the shuttle. It was exactly 10min. When we got there, I reserved a SUV (which is Jeep Grand C.) and since I guess the one I was supposed to get was still dirty, I got a free upgrade to the Jeep Commander. Paperwork and getting the car took about 5min. No extra speeches about insurance coverage or anything. Brand new car - had under 3K miles. Clean and everything. No dents, scratches, nothing. When I got back, returned the car, took about 2min to finish the paperwork. No extra charges, no nothing. Shuttle was waiting and took us to the airport. People were friendly, had a sense of humor.

You take a shuttle to it, and it is quite convienent. Since the airport is so far from Denver, it is actually taking you 15 min closer. The people were always helpful, answering questions no matter how silly, and very friendly. Both when I got the car and returned it. I was even offered a discount I didn't know I could get and was very happy with the car. Since I needed an inexpensive way to rent a car and they offered this to me with good prices, I am very happy with them and all I got for it

I've rented several times from the E-Z office in Denver and Orlando and longest I've had to wait in Denver was 20 minutes because of a police checkpoint on Pena. Denver airport is a bit tricky to understand if it's your first time there. E-Z is off airport but, so what, either way your driving by their office. May as well save $50-$100 in my pocket than a 5 minute time savings with Hertz or Alamo, which you'll spend 20 minutes in line. Staff is friendly and down to earth, not robots like some other companies. Hope my post helps.

Being that I am 19 years old most rental car companies would not rent to me. When I found EZ Rent-A-Car I first thought that there must be a catch and that it was going to be a hassle. However, EZ was exactly what their name says, easy. Everyone was super friendly and the underage charge was much lower than I expected. I had no problems at all and would recommend EZ Rent-A-Car to anyone young or old.

I just wanted to write and say "thank you" for an incredibly good rental experience in denver, Colorado over the past week. Not having ever heard of your company when I reserved through sam's club travel services, I was a bit skeptical of the service we would recieve. and with the additional headache of the travel woes denver experienced the week before our arrival, I wondered if our 4 month old reservation would still be honored. We arrived to find our reservation intact, and the car waiting. We arrived and were off driving to our destination in less than 5 minutes. We also found that your basic services, including allowing my wife to drive for no additional charge, were more than adequate and very forgiving to our wallets. Our summer vacation took us to the Denver area. With prices skyrocketing all around us, we were surprised to find a reasonable rate online at E-Z Rent-A-Car. After a 10-minute shuttle out to the off-site lot, we were promptly greeted, with all of our paperwork ready to go. Although our vehicle class was sold out that day, the manager went ahead and upgraded our rental car at no extra cost. He even voluntarily loaded our large bags into the back when the rain began to pick up in the area. Upon our return to the lot, we were caught in some really bad traffic. Once again, the customer service went above and beyond with the agent calling a shuttle van to speed us to the airport. We made our flight, thanks to the quick-acting team at E-Z Rent-A-Car. Thanks for being part of our memorable family vacation.

We just made a short trip for medical reasons to Denver. The plane was 1 1/2 hours late, so we missed the last shuttle to the hotel and had to pay extra for a cab. Our hotel room was not what we booked and they could have cared less. The trip was not going well, thenn we picked up our car from E-Z. The young man was kind, knowledgable and very helpful! The same held true when we returned the car. The shuttle driver was also great. We will definetely rent from E-Z again and always. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented a car from your Denver location on Thursday night. After a long day of getting the run around by the airlines, I had a very very excellent experience with Steve and Larry at this location. My flight was late and it was 11:15 when I arrived. I called and they 1)were very helpful in finding the shuttle 2)stuck around to make sure that I was taken care of.
