2. I had rented a convertible and was impressed that the manager at the Miami location had put a hold on the only remaining convertible in the lot for me. The agent at the counter had to call the manager, confirm it was my reservation and get a passcode to release the vehicle to me. Loved driving the brand new Ford Mustang convertible. Your online site is easy to navigate and you offered the best rates of all your competitors. Will certainly use E-Z again! Robert

3. Dear E-Z Car Rental: What I enjoyed the most about your car rental was because your company's acceptance of my debit card deposit for security. Many of the other rental car companies only take a major credit card. I would have missed my cousin's wedding in Homestead,Florida, had it not been for your use of my debit card. 21. Personnel at the counter were very professional, courteous, and quickly processed my reservation. Returning the rental car was expeditiously processed. At another rental car took me one hour just to return the car. Shuttle service was efficient and did not have to wait long at the airport. Keep doing an outstanding job. A very satisfied customer. 37. We recently rented a Minivan at your Miami location,(July 3-10) and we just wanted to let you know what a GREAT EXPERIENCE it was! We have rented from many of the big name rental companies over the years and we have usually had one problem or another. We were so please with everything connected with EZ. When we arrived at the counter your staff was pleasant and very efficient. We arrived 1 hour earlier then I had told them but they were very friendly about it and did not charge us anything extra. At one rental car company 2 years ago, our flight got in 20 minutes early and they wanted to charge us $40.00 for 20 minutes. The minivan was very nice and we had no trouble with it throughout the entire week. When we returned it to the counter, there were no unexpected little surprises that we have had at other companies. We are going to use EZ from now on. We have very large families that do a lot of traveling and we are telling all of them to rent from you if at all possible. Thank you again. This was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and you certainly helped to make it a lovely trip. Linda Dalpiaz

38. This is to commend Mr. George (Miami office) for his excellent skills at customer management and relations. I was a first time renter in Dec 2008 and George took care of my car. He so impressed me with his professionalism and his ability to keep cool and polite under pressure that I decided to give E-Z rental another chance in Feb 2009. George is the yardstick by which all people involved in customer service businesses should be measured. As someone who owns and operates a business like myself, I can truly appreciate the rarity of such an individual. You are fortunate to have someone of this quality employed in your organization. 40. Please be advised that you have a WONDERFUL staff at your Miami facility. All of your employees could not have been more helpful to me, cheerful and just plain courteous. Its hard to find all of that in this day and age and especailly in MIAMI. Please know that I will be renting from you when the need arises in the future and I plan to tell all of my friends.
