Everyone at the MCO international airport were very nice. I chose EZ because they had the cheapest rate. I was a little hesitant because you were quit a bit cheaper than the competition and you usually get what you pay for. I was expecting less than desirable service and a filthy car. Thankfully I was wrong!! I received fast, friendly service and a nice new car. And to top things off the car I was given was a hybrid so after 4 days of driving I only needed 8.00 worth of gas to refill the tank!!! Talk about savings!! Thanks again Dan.

Good, friendly service. I left my wallet in the rental car upon my return at Orlando. Although the phone process can be frustrating(a little difficult getting to the right contact ), everyone in Orlando was very helpful in getting my wallet back to me in New Hampshire. I would especially like to commend the professionalism of the manager, Eric, with the whole lost and found process. He went the extra mile to insure I received it promptly and safely. Thanks again. I had never rented from EZ before, and was unsure what to expect, given the very low price compared to other rentals in the area. My expectations were far exceeded with an on-site rental location, quick check-in, and great customer service. I was offered a Hybrid Prius, and the attendant explained to me how to use it. The owner's manuals and quick start guides were left in the (immaculately clean) vehicle, which was very helpful. Maureen

Our party was down for a baseball tournament for the holiday weekend. Most of the others in the party rented from Avis. I got my car before the others , got a better car in my opinion (a hybrid to boot, spent $13 to fill up tank) and after comparing with the others, a much better price. I chose Ez rental since it was at the Orlando airport and we didn't have to mess with a shuttle. It also had competitive prices. The check-in process was easy, as was the pickup of the car. We were given a Toyota Prius which worked great for us in the city traffic. I had scheduled a Volkswagon Jetta and was pleased with the Prius option. The return was just as easy as the check-in quick and easy. I would definitely rent from you again, Joy.

This service was a dream! I literally walked up to the desk and in under three minutes, I was on my way to the rental car. The car was in perfect condition, and looked almost brand new. Your company had the lowest price of all the other Orlando Airport car rentals...picking up the car was quick and easy...the car (VW Jetta) was comfortable and had great gas mileage...dropping off the car was by far the easiest and quickest that I have experienced at the Orlando Airport...will definitely use your company next trip to Orlando! I love E-Z! Service is always fast and courteous! I would never rent from any other company at Orlando International Airport and wish you served all the places I travel to. Your rates are usually the lowest, but I'd choose your company over the larger chains because of the service even if they weren't. I always recommend you to anyone who travels to Orlando, Donna.

We were not familiar with EZ Car Rental prior to this trip. We were extremely happy with the service provided by EZ and would definitely use them again. The rates were great, I got a 5% discount for being an educator, there were NO LINES at the EZ counter at MCO (other rental counters were swamped), the staff were efficient and polite, I got a free upgrade to a nicer car, and the pick-up and return processes were quick and painless.\ I would definitely rent from EZ Rent-a-Car @ MCO again (and I will likely be making a trip to Orlando at least yearly for the foreseeable future).

To be honest, I was shocked at the professional service I received from EZ Rent a Car when I had to rent a car because mine was in the shop. I've always heard horror stories about other companies and had a couple of bad experiences myself, so I figured why not try out EZ car rental. They quickly got me in a rental car, and there was no hassles what so ever! All in all, renting a car from them was an absolute pleasure and I'll be sure to go back next time I need to rent a car in Orlando.

I've rented from EZ twice now. They do have a standard deposit - all rental car agencies have that. I had to extend and change dates several times - always very flexible. The staff have been friendly and knowledgeable and the vehicles are well maintained.

When we picked up the car things couldn't have been any better, however; when we returned the car and because of traffic were running late to the airport the people at EZ were right there for us and got us to the airport on time, they were so helpful. Because I was already in Orlando I did not want to pick up the car at the airport. I called EZ directly and was able to make arrangements to pick up the vehicle at an alternate location. At the pickup location I was able to upgrade to a convertable for an extra 10 bucks per day. Great Value. THANKS!

I greatly appreciate Joseph's hospitality and patience with us as first-time customers in renting a car. Our car malfunctioned on our way to the Florida Keys, requiring that we get a rental on March 11th in the late evening with out prior reservation. I had a great experience renting from you in March. I had trouble getting the gas door open and the customer service agent i contacted by phone arranged for me to be billed for used fuel at the station rates where I was attempting fill-up. Very nice rental experience and good prices.

My wife and I were aghast at the long lines and slow service at MCO when we went to pick up our reserved car from a competitor. After spending a half hour in a line that wasn't moving, I walked down toward the E-Z desk. A very polite employee of yours took care of us right away! We were treated with great courtesy and respect and were given a great price on a car! You have a new and steady customer!

I was initially skeptical about renting with EZ as the the price was about 1/2 of some of the big name companies. However, after a small problem with our vehicle, EZ delivered a new car directly to our location over an hour away from the Orlando office, and everyone involved was very helpful and pleasant. With service like that, we will absolutely rent with EZ again!

I would just like to commend your company on your service and pricing. We had reservations at MCO airport on 6/10/08 with AVIS. We made the reservation and got a great discount with my company affiliation with AVIS. When we got to the Avis counter there was a LONG line... we were about 10-15 people deep into the line, and based on how quickly they were moving people through, we estimated another 1.5 hours at least. I saw the E-Z counter... and saw that there was no one there. I walked over while my wife waited in the Avis line, and I asked what the rates were... The E-Z counter rep admited the Avis rate was a great deal, and came within $12 or so of the Avis price.. but gave us a car upgrade for free... I got on the phone, cancelled our Avis reservation, and rented through E-Z all within 5-10 minutes! we only had a few days in Florida, so our time was precious. Though we never heard of your smaller company, we were estatic with the customer service, rates, and the car being practically brand new. Plus, when we checked back in, we were a bit early, and it turned out to be a day cheaper even! Everything was great. We will definetly rent from you guys again! Jason & Jennifer

I returned a PT Cruiser on 4/24/08 and forgot a VERY important date book with several Checks inside in the vehicle upon leaving it at MCO. I realized it and called around 10:00 p.m. The lady in section A (not sure if this is what is was called) was SO WONDERFUL and recovered my calendar for me. It took nearly 2 hours to trace it down, but she called me to let me know she had found it....with all the checks too!! She taped it shut and FedEx'ed it to me. I unfortunately do not know her name, but I wish to say "MANY, MANY THANKS!!!!!!" It is employees like that that will keep me comimg back to E-Z. WONDERFUL!!

I had made a reservation with another company but discovered that the "short shuttle" from the Orlando airport was actually 20 min. My return flight was early in the morning and I knew I wouldn't be able to make it on time with this rental. After a few rejections from other companies to offer me a similar rate Gabe called from the counter. "Can I help you?" he said simply. He sure did, he matched my reservation rate and even printed out directions for me. I will highly recommend E-Z Rent a Car after this experience. Thank you Gabe!

I needed a car for a week during Spring Break in Orlando 2008. I ran across your company on an travel web site. Your rates were significantly lower than your national competitors. I had never heard of E-Z before but read some customer reviews and decided to give your company a try. I was a little skeptical but I made a reservation thru the web site for your company. I also had made a back up reservation at one of your national competitors for TRIPLE the rate. When I arrived at the airport there were very long lines at all the car rental desks except yours. I was able to walk right up to the counter and in less than 10 mins I was driving out of the airport. When I returned the car, I experienced similar good service. I was truly impressed and very satisfied. I had decided I was going to use your rental cars from now on. Little did I know, I forgot my own personal keys in the rental car. I called up and they sent my keys to me promptly. That is just icing on the cake. I have told many of my traveling friends about my experience with your company. The value and customer service could not be beat. Job well done.
