I will defiantely be renting from E-Z the next time i travel to Florida. The prices were cheaper than other rental companies, and my debit card was accepted with no credit check. I was in and out within 10 minutes both to pick up and return the car, and my deposit was promptly refunded to me. Thanks, Danielle

Richard, who I dealt with on the phone at the counter, was fantastic: he really worked with me and my budget to get the best deal. As a result, I will always use E-Z when I return to Florida. When I arrived at 5 am to return the car, I was amazed how quickly after opening (promptly at 5 pm) I was helped by both the manager and the gentleman who drove me back to the airport. Jonathan

The Tampa office is awesome. They are efficient and easy to work with, from the shuttle driver to the front desk. My latest rental was a breeze with in and out service being easy and quick. I appreciated an upgrade for what I considered a very fair upcharge. EZRAC is the best value out there for rental cars. John

I normally rent with Enterprise, but they were sold out so I tried your company. First, your rates are great! Second, I was surprised how easy this rental process was, no pun intended! Usually it is a hassle renting off airport location, but we were picked up and taken back to the airport promptly. The reps at the counter were very friendly and even got me a better deal than I had originally anticipated. I rent cars a lot and I will say your reps (Tampa branch) are the best I have ever dealt with. It was such a positive experience, I will not be renting with Enterprise anymore where there is an EZ Rent a Car. Thanks so much for the great service! -Lee Ann

Will rent from EZ again, wish they were in more locations. I am a good renter I just don't have a major credit card so this was an excellent alternative to one of the "fancy" major companies. I highly recommend EZ and the entire experience lived up to it's name (easy!). The staff was all wonderful,excellent customer service. Happy customer here and will be a returning customer too. Shuttle was only minutes to wait for and ride was short. Cars equal to big name companies, and half of the price. Nearly new car, very low milage, very clean. Easy location to drive from and too - actually easier than the airport itself. Service was great. What's not to like!

Paid about $50 for three day rental. Car was pretty nice VW Jetta. They pick you up at the airport. Can't beat the deal.

I took a chance on this company in April 2008 because their prices were about 25% less then the name-brand rental companies. Overall, For the money, I'm pleased with them, and would use them again if the price was right.

Hi, i just wanted to comment on Kevin from your Tampa Florida location. he was the most kind. I called him last minute in great need for a car and he was so helpful, understanding and informative. he told me what I needed to know about the car,gave me directions and informed me about the airport shuttle and did it all very quickly (I was in a rush to get to my hotel). Kevin is truly a asset to the E-Z Rent-A-Car team!!
