1. We were concernced that being an 'off site' rental service that it would be complicated and take longer. Wow. We were surprized that it was much easier, quicker and more personable than companies like Hertz or Budget.

5. I am extremely satisfied with the fast and friendly service.I am in and out in about 30 mins from the time I was picked up at the airport,to the receipt of my rental car. I really wished your company will grow to service all major cities and airports in the USA. I will definitely use EZ again considering the excellent quality of the rental vehicle and the reasonable price. I will not have second thoughts recommeding EZ to relatives and friends for their car rental needs, Tony.

So much so that I booked a rental from EZ car at the Orlando location when my son traveled last month. We will be booking again with EZ car for him again in Orlando this June. 21. We found your car rental company online and made all the arrangements online. We flew in to West Palm Beach. Your website is very thorough in explaining process of calling for shuttle, etc.once we arrive at the airport. Within 10 minutes of calling, a very personable young man was there with the van and helped us load luggage etc. Once we got to the office at the Hilton, the rest of your staff was just as friendly & courteous. Very efficient. The day we returned the car, we allowed ourselves ample time to return it & get to airport. Within 15 minutes of arriving at the return location, we were done, checked out and on our way to the airport! Very Satisfied with everything. We will be back again next year and will definitely rent from E-Z Car. Thank you so much for making this a great trip.

27. I rented a mini van out of the West Palm Beach Airport from July 7 - 17th and I just want to say what a pleasure it was doing business with the E-Z staff officed at the Hilton Hotel. The people behind the desk and even the shuttle driver were all very nice and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from E-Z again or to recommend using E-Z to friends and family. The E-Z staff at the Hilton should be complimented for their customer service. I hope that you will pass on my compliments to them.

28. I am writing to commend one of your employees, Joen, for her fine work. On 6 March, I left my car and house keys in a minivan I rented from E-Z Rent-A-Car. I became aware of this oversight only after I had dropped off the van and gone through the security line at the airport, only 20 minutes before the gate closed for boarding. I immediately called Joen and asked if she could have the keys collected and sent with the next shuttle to the airport. She reacted calmly and competently, and took the time to help me in spite of the fact that it was clearly a busy moment at the rental desk. She instructed a cleaner to retrieve my keys immediately and the driver to bring them directly to the terminal where I met him at the curb, then I was rushed through security by the TSA just in time for my flight. I was traveling with three small children and returning to frigid New Hampshire (MHT), and I cannot imagine what it would have been like to land late at night without my car keys, let alone be without my office keys at work the next day.
